Prospecting can be a lot of fun as long as you know how to do it correctly. The best prospects are people already in the industry.
They already know the industry. They already understand what it will take.
Where do you find your perfect prospects?
The real question is do you know who your target market is. Once you know that then it is easier to find them on social media.
There are four great ways to prospect easily.
#1 Who are the big leaders. Find the big leaders and follow them. Comment on their posts. Help others as you see they need help.
#2 groups, real groups. Not spamming groups. Find where your target market hangs out.
#3 Other marketers posts. Find other marketers that are in the same field as you and like and comment on their posts.
#4 Niche groups, these can be the biggest help to you. This is where you can find your best prospects.
Because they have the same interests as you.
Your first connection with your prospects is the most important. So take your time when you're connecting with others. Help them first. Do not Pitch your prospects. This is a great way to get them to run away from you. You are not a solicitor.
Make sure you offer your prospect solutions to their problems this is the best way to get people to join you and not run from you. Help them with what they need NOT what you want.
